Cortney began teaching meditation techniques 20 years ago. She was taught meditation as a young child to help with nightmares, and her studying and practice continued into adulthood. Learning and teaching different forms of meditation from physical, mental, sound, breath, etc. over the years has created a verity of outcomes for people with different brain functioning.
Cortney stopped teaching meditation a few years ago but now is ready to help the community of seekers gain their awareness through the gift of meditative consciousness.
