Upon completion of this course you will be well on your way to enjoying your own home practise and be confident in choosing the right meditation for you, at the right time (yes it can vary!).Each week we will explore a new meditation / technique though the history, lineage, purpose and benefits.
Practice and theory in a safe, supportive environment.
Course includes notes, access to guided Meditations and online support directly with me!
