Sahaja Yoga Meditation is for all those who wish to find their true self, which is full of peace, joy and love for others. 🪷
This technique was developed by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. It involves the awakening of a subtle energy known as Kundalini that lies dormant in the sacrum at the base of the spine. The gentle awakening of the Kundalini energy and the inner journey of self-discovery is known as Self realisation.
