About this Event

You’re invited to join Jere Friedman for a fun, interesting, and meaningful class. Experience the profound power of group meditation, share your wisdom with others as we take a deep dive discussion into a spiritual topic or concept, and then receive a soothing and energizing soundbath with gongs, bowls, and other vibrational instruments.

This is a drop-in class – you may come to one, some, or all sessions. No meditation experience is necessary, yet these sessions will be meaningful for experienced meditators as well as beginners.

Time: All classes are from 5:30 – 6:30 pm (see below for dates)

Location: Spiral Light Sound & Meditation Center in Grand Junction, CO. Address provided upon registration.

Cost: Donations are appreciated, with a suggested donation of $18 - $20 per session, but pay what you can afford. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
