Meditation classes for beginners & any other levels welcome. Every 2nd & last Thursday of the month @unitarian church Notte st, Barbican, plymouth

These one hour classes will be based around cultivating self awareness, in order to live life mindfully & to be in the present moment.
My classes will be based around building resilience, inner strength & self compassion.
The world we live in is heavy with societal conditioning which leaves us heavy with doubt & not feeling good enough. My aim is to bring you back from this & connecting you to your inner confidence & light.
My own meditation journey has given me the insight to guide you safely through this journey.
Every week will have a special aspect based around growth & healing. Whether it's confidence, anxiety/depression, weight loss, trauma release (which | specialise in), sleep problems, pain in the body, auto-immune problems & plenty of other aspects. All sessions will give you tools to help all of these aspects so no need to worry whether the class is for you each week. If you want to live light & connect to your purpose, this is the space for you.
All sessions will be guided in a safe space, using a wide range of meditations sound healing & my reiki magic + .
Together we will grow, connect & learn about ourselves. We will cover attachment styles, tantric blueprints, movement, understanding the brain & ego, somatic release, letting go of control & giving into trusting the process of life.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a Mat or something to lay on, some people love pillows.
