Sarika's roots trace back to India, where, as a child, she nurtured a deep spiritual connection through journaling as a means of communing with the inner self or subconscious mind. Redirected by life's challenges but eventually finding her calling in scientific and evidence-based approaches to mindfulness, she founded her unique method in 2021. Sarika combines elements from neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and time-tested meditation practices to create the Trinity Meditation—a unique system designed to empower individuals to access their innate wisdom.
