Do you find your mind wandering when you try to meditate? You focus on emptying your mind of thought and instead you find your mind racing, looking for some rabbit hole to follow? Or you just keep thinking you have so much to do?
This class will start with the basics working upwards towards the ability to clear the mind with ease, bringing clarity of thought and better mental focus.
Lead by Reiki Master Teacher Melissa of Honey B Reiki you will master the skill of meditation and clear thoughts.
Cost: $5 per person
