IN PERSON OR ZOOM (see tickets button for Zoom access) The Community Classroom offers Monday Mediation Classes focused on removing the barriers that might be in your way and keeping you from trying this positive addition to any wellness routine. This is a beginner-level class, and you are welcome to attend one or many. There is built-in fidget time, so no worries if the hour class feels like a long time ~ it will go by quickly! Come with an open mind and curious heart, and everything else will fall into place ~ I promise! Please bring a yoga mat, pillows, and a blanket, or a meditation pillow if you have one. The classroom has supplies to borrow (including chairs that everyone uses for at least part of the class) for class as well. We start at 5pm. The class fee is $20. ZOOM LINK is available.
