Join Andrea every other Saturday for a gentle, guided meditation experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, quiet the noise, and cultivate a little more peace in your day.

Whether you're completely new to meditation or have an established practice, this class offers a welcoming space to pause, breathe, and be present. Through guided meditation, mindfulness techniques, and intentional stillness, you'll have the opportunity to release stress, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

There is no right way to meditate. Come exactly as you are.

This donation-based offering welcomes all experience levels and is designed to be approachable, supportive, and free from judgment. Bring a cushion, yoga mat, blanket, journal, or anything that helps you feel comfortable during practice.

Kava is a traditional beverage prepared from the root of the Piper methysticum plant and has been used ceremonially throughout the islands of the South Pacific for generations. Traditionally shared in community gatherings, kava is valued for its ability to encourage relaxation, conversation, and connection.

At The Karma House, we honor the cultural roots of kava while creating opportunities for community, creativity, and meaningful human connection.
