The UFP weekly Meditation Circle starts again in September on a drop-in basis (no sign- up necessary). It's offered free of charge for members and friends of the congregation plus the wider community. We welcome you to participate in the pass practice of dana, or thankful generosity. We sit for twenty minutes, then engage in discussion, usually around a short reading. There are many schools of thought when it comes to meditation. We welcome them all while imposing none.
