Join a weekly gathering of new and long-time meditators who share the simple goal of sitting together. This is not a class on mindfulness but an open time to sit and meditate in silence together. We check in with one another, and share the recent challenges we've experienced with our meditation practice. All disciplines are welcome. Our time together begins with a few words of inspiration or explanation from meditation teachers, and then we sit in silence for 20 minutes. We conclude with open discussion and reflection, ending by 7:30.There is a suggested donation of $5 per session, which will be accepted at the door. Registration is appreciated.
