* We will start with some deep breathing using an essential oil blend ⭐
* Then I will guide you through the meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️
* There will be time to for a reflective chat with a herbal tea and biscuits 🫖
* An oracle card pull will complete this session 🎴
This will be a seated session so you may want to bring your own cushion to make you more comfortable
