Join us in Palo Alto Club in Telliskivi - Asha will visit Tallinn to share inspiration for daily meditation practices that can greatly improve your life - reducing stress and minimizing emotional reactions to things beyond your control.
Asha Nayaswami is a well-known author and public speaker. She has been a meditator for over 50 years, sharing the tools and techniques for elevating consciousness in the US and Europe. In the last 10 years, she has been travelling across the world, inspiring people to look within themselves in meditation to discover the source of happiness.
Asha is a lifelong disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda. She studied and worked closely with his direct disciple, Swami Kriyananda for 45 years. Asha means “hope” in Sanskrit. Her teachings are non-sectarian — sharing the truths that underlie the great religions.
The event will consist of 3 parts:
- An inspirational talk by Asha
- Q&A
- A short guided meditation with explanation
