Meditation, Aromatherapy and Melodious Sound Bath

Please come and join me as I host a melodious sound bath. Sound baths are excellent for pain
management, emotional healing and relaxation.
About this Event

Please bring a yoga mat, bolster, pillow, eye mask, blankets and/or whatever else you may need as you lie on the floor to listen to the beautiful frosted crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments. Aromatherapy will be incorporated to promote relaxation and amplify your experience. Meditation will lead you into the sound bath and end with positive affirmations. As a way to enhance your sound bath session, write down your affirmations and bring them with you to hold in your hand as you receive your healing and peace. Please make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes early to set up. The doors will lock at 11:00 a.m.
