Join us for a deep dive into mediation with Tanjil Whitnell as she explores the critical risks associated with mediation’s growing popularity and increasing use in mandated contexts. About the Presenter
Ms. Tanjil Whitnell is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, and has managed the Far North Queensland Dispute Resolution Centre (DJAG) overseeing mediation and conflict resolution services. With a legal background including criminal and family law, she lectures in criminal law at James Cook University (JCU) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Law to deepen her expertise in the field.
