Life moves in rhythms.
There are times of expansion and times of stillness. Plans unfold beautifully and sometimes, despite our best intentions, life takes an entirely different turn.
After an unexpected injury meant we had to postpone our own journey to the US this month, we’ve found ourselves practising this in real time surrendering to a change of plans and meeting life where it is.
And so, our September Sound Immersion has found its theme. ✨
**SURRENDER~ an invitation to soften into life’s ebbs and flows, its ups and downs, and the seasons we don’t always get to choose.**
Held in the lead up to the Full Moon, we’ll journey with the extraordinary frequencies and harmonics of our Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls creating space to slow down, soften, receive and simply be with what is.
Not giving up.
Not forcing through.
Just allowing ourselves, for an evening, to move with life rather than against it.
