Guided Meditation • Sound Bath • Deep Relaxation

Settle into stillness with a guided meditation followed by the soothing sounds and vibrations of a sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments.

This restful practice invites you to slow down, turn inward, and simply receive. You'll begin by getting comfortable, allowing yourself to relax as you're guided through meditation before resting in the soothing sounds of the instruments.

No meditation experience is needed. All levels are welcome.
