✨Join us for a deeply grounding experience designed to support rest, regulation, and energetic renewal. This guided workshop offers space to slow down, gently settle the nervous system, and reconnect through meditation, Reiki drumming, and sound healing. This experience is suitable for all levels and welcomes anyone seeking rest, grounding and a supportive space to unwind.
✨We’ll begin by easing into stillness, allowing the body and mind to arrive fully. From there, you’ll be guided into a Reiki drum healing experience, resting comfortably on the floor—or in any position that feels supportive for your body. This practice blends the gentle energy of Reiki with the steady, rhythmic beat of the medicine drum to support the release of tension, clear energetic stagnation, and foster a sense of inner balance and clarity.
✨The consistent rhythm of the drum is grounding and deeply soothing, inviting presence, calm and a deeper connection to your inner wisdom. Additional sound healing instruments will be used to further support relaxation and integration.
✨Tea and light snacks will be provided. You’ll leave feeling grounded, supported, and gently re-centered for the rest of your weekend.
Your Experience Includes:
• Welcoming Circle to arrive and settle
• Guided Meditation for grounding and relaxation
• Reiki Drumming and other healing instruments to support energetic release
• Closing Circle for integration and reflection
What to Bring:
• Water bottle, journal, pen
• Comfortable, layered clothing and warm socks
• Yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and any other props that help you feel supported and cozy
✨Important Notes:
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, let Eve know upon arrival so appropriate support or modifications can be offered.
Caution: If you have a pacemaker or are living with epilepsy, please consult your healthcare provider prior to participating, as drumming may have an effect.
Eve Carty is a Reiki Master (Usui System of Natural Healing), certified Sound Therapy Practitioner, and Reiki Drumming Practitioner. She brings a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to creating safe, supportive spaces for rest and healing.
