Join Lisa McManes on the patio for light stretching, rhythmic breathing and a guided meditation. After class enjoy a non-alcoholic beverage or an alcoholic beverage like a mimosa, wine, beer or an adult coffee.
Due to not knowing how Ohio weather will be the day of the event, please wear layers, bring a yoga mat and even a comfy blanket if you would like. If the weather is too cold, we will move the event inside.
