About this Event
Step into a day of deep rest and soulful creativity surrounded by the serene beauty of Panola Mountain.
“Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes — including you.”
Take a sacred pause with us in the peaceful embrace of Panola Mountain for a retreat designed to both soothe your nervous system and stir your spirit. Through a carefully curated blend of gentle yoga, guided forest bathing, guided mindful art, and visual journaling, you’ll slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect from the inside out.
This retreat offers both quiet and thrills — soft spaces for self-reflection, and joyful moments of creativity, community, and insight.
In the afternoon, we’ll gather for mantra meditation and a yoga philosophy workshop exploring the question:“Could there be something more exciting than just a calm mind?”We’ll reflect on what lies beyond calm — such as clarity, inner joy, and awakened purpose.
Our guided mindful art and visual journaling session invites you to explore your inner world without pressure or perfectionism. No prior art experience is needed — just a willingness to be present with whatever shows up on the page. “Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time.”
This retreat offers a gentle blend of:
- Guided meditation to calm and center your mind
- Forest bathing to reconnect with nature’s healing rhythms
- Guided mindful art & journaling for quiet self-expression
No prior experience needed—just bring your open heart and curiosity.
