Meditation & Expression Circle

We’ll arrive and ground together before moving into authentic breathwork, mini teachings, sound healing, meditation and creative integration through journaling, drawing or movement. Then we will open the space for sharing what came up for us before formally closing the circle with a dedication of the merit.

This is communal care, cultivating awareness as resistance, taking responsibility for our inner change to shape our outer world.

If possible, please bring a journal and a meditation cushion, blanket, yoga mat or whatever keeps you cozy as well as warm tea or your preferred hydration.
