Get ready for transformation!Everything you have created in your life so far has been created from your consciousness, your perception and vibration. If you wish to heal and change your life and live with more positivity, joy and fulfilment, you have to change your energy.
This course will help you dissolve negative energy, identify and work through blocks, embody qualities you wish to embrace, send healing to your past, heal your relationship with yourself and/or someone else, overcome fear and have a clearer idea of your life's work and purpose. Each week will include a mindfulness meditation to relax the physical body and calm the mind to prepare you for the energy healing exercises.

Week 2: Clearing the Chakras
Week 3: Desires and Blocks
Week 4: Sending Healing to the Past
Week 5: Healing Relationships and Embodying Desired Qualities
Week 6: Discover your Purpose and Life’s Work
Online option Thurs eves beginning 10th Oct 7.30pm-8.45pm. The energy healing meditations will be recorded for you.
In-person day time option at East Leake Wed mornings beginning 16th Oct 10am-11.15am.
If you’d like a little more information about me, I have been working in the field of Healing and Holistic Therapy for over 20 years and have been running meditation courses for approx 15 years. This course is a fascinating blend of two of the main areas of my work, healing and meditation, including guided meditation, visualisation and powerful energy healing techniques to shift your energy and create positive change.
