An opportunity to calm and rebalance with like-minded souls! The afternoon will include various healing practices such as breath work, meditation, a Vagus Nerve routine to rebalance the nervous system and healing treatment swaps. There will also be an angel card message for each person and an opportunity to try crystal-infused water! Open to all: you don't need to be attuned to Reiki as I will teach you how to draw down healing energy to channel to others.
