Join me for an evening of meditation and breathwork at Within Yoga in Sneads Ferry. This is a great place to learn new breathwork techniques and deepen your meditation practice.Come and experience the benefits of mindfulness and relaxation in a supportive environment.
If you find sitting on the floor for long periods of time I am happy to provide a chair, please reach out in advance and let me know if you need one. I invite you to bring your own pillow and blanket to create a comfortable place to sit during our class.
