Unplug from the noise and drop into stillness. This class is a soothing blend of guided meditation and a healing sound bath designed to quiet the mind, soften stress, and bring your whole system back into balance.
We’ll begin with a gentle settling-in and breathwork to help you arrive, followed by a guided meditation to ground your body and focus your awareness. Then you’ll relax comfortably as you’re immersed in the soothing vibrations of live sound instruments (such as crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other sound tools). The frequencies are felt as much as heard—supporting deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of clarity and calm.
Expect a peaceful, restorative experience where you can simply receive. Many students leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more rested—like they took a mini vacation for the nervous system.
