Im so excited to offer this powerful session which will guide you through mind-expanding transformation so that you can activate self confidence and self love.

Imagine having a life where, when you accept yourself, you are free from the burden of needing others to accept you. All overthinking comes from fear and all fear comes from overthinking. Wouldn’t you like to change this? Allowing yourself to be entirely your true self is the loudest way to love yourself.

To begin, Ill provide some reflective prompts so that you’re able to clarify your intention for the session. Ill then guide you through a deep relaxing 90 minute session of

* Combining hypnotherapy and guided meditation

* Use Solfreggio frequencies and themed subliminal messages

* Ending with my lovely healing sound bowls.

All the magic of change happens internally…. In the mind.

Change your thoughts….. change your life. One who is a master of their mind is a warrior with real courage. If we truly want change….. we have to change what we are currently doing as its not working wouldn’t you agree? Working with the subconscious mind helps us to reprogramme our thoughts and therefore our behaviours.

Hypnosis allows a person to be more open to suggestions and to make helpful changes in your perceptions, sensations, emotions, memories, thoughts and behaviours.
