Meditation- Amethyst - Surrender to Flow

Amethyst is all about being in flow and trusting that you are

guided and held through the unknown. In the depths of winter,

we are asked to have faith that the light, warmth, and new life

will return. While we wait, can we surrender into rest and reset

as the cycle prepares to begin again? Faith is needed to move

through the unknown darkness. Amethyst holds us in its gentle

frequency, allowing us to follow our guidance, and surrender to

the flow.
