All Gender Nude Yoga

Join us for an empowering and liberating experience in *All Gender Nude Yoga*, a class open to everyone, with a special welcome to our trans, queer, and gay community members. This class offers a safe, non-judgmental space to embrace body positivity, vulnerability, and authentic self-expression. Practicing without clothing can be a powerful way to connect with yourself, shed insecurities, and celebrate body diversity. Guided by compassion and respect, we'll focus on mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation, creating a supportive environment where everyone can feel comfortable and respected. Whether you're new to nude yoga or returning, this class invites you to let go, feel free, and find connection with others in a body-positive community.

About your instructor: Chris found yoga somewhat late in life, taking his first class at the age of 35, and it was love at first sight. At the time, he had recently become sober (going on 9 years sober this month), and yoga became his saving grace. Chris took his first training shortly after and has been teaching since 2019. Born and raised in Wyoming, Chris moved to Colorado in 2016. Outside of yoga, he is a huge cinephile with a passion for movies, especially horror. In his free time, he enjoys hot springs (preferably naked ones), writing, drawing, traveling, and taking daily naps
