Kick off your shoes, pop on a pair of headphones, and enjoy a gentle guided meditation to bring you inward, create awareness and leave you feeling relaxed yet energized.

I'll also be guiding a group Loving Kindness/Compassion Meditation Practice during the event, so stay tuned for details on timing!
