Meditate in the Tulips

The most beautiful season is upon us, and I am so grateful to share this upcoming workshop I am hosting in collaboration with TASC Tulip Farm in Niagara-on-the-Lake!🧘‍♀️🌷

Set among the blooming tulip fields, this is your invitation to slow down, reconnect, and welcome the new season with intention.

Drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of the tulip farm, participants will be guided through a calming, gentle meditation practice to cultivate inner stillness and clarity, followed by a reflective and introspective writing session that will leave you blooming into the season ahead. 🌸✍️

This workshop is suitable for all levels, whether you are new to meditation and writing or looking to deepen an existing practice. Please bring a journal, a pen, a yoga mat, and anything you need to feel comfortable outdoors. 🌷📝
