Meditate & Create: Chakra Series – Root Chakra

Join us for the first class in our Meditate & Create Chakra Series, where we begin our journey by exploring the Root Chakra (Muladhara)—the energy center of grounding, stability, safety, and belonging.
Through a guided meditation, you’ll be invited to connect with the energy of your root chakra, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate a deeper sense of balance and inner security. Following the meditation, you’ll express your experience through a creative art project designed to encourage reflection and personal insight. No artistic experience is necessary—this class is about the process, not perfection.
Whether you’re new to chakra work or looking to deepen your spiritual practice, this welcoming space offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

This class is offered by Amber Pointer, who is a Usui/Holy Fire I & II® Reiki Practitioner, Art Therapy Practitioner, graduate of the Spiritual Horizons Apprenticeship program, and current Intern at Spiritual Horizons. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, she is passionate about creating inclusive, safe, supportive spaces for healing and self-discovery.

Amber offers classes centered in art therapy using guided meditation to help individuals ground themselves, open their awareness, and connect with their higher self and Spirit. She also provides one-on-one sessions that blend Reiki energy work with art therapy, creating a unique and intuitive healing experience.

Based in Delaware, Amber lives with her family and is dedicated to helping others reconnect with their inner peace, creativity, and personal power.
