Join us for a special evening of Solar Plexus-centered meditation and creative artistic expression at Mother Crewe Naturals in Plymouth, MA, USA.

First, we will paint our base layer and then meditate into the chakra energy system of the Solar Plexus chakra. You will be guided through a meditation to open and balance this vital energy center. We will open and align all of the chakras. Afterward, unleash your inner artist and let your Solar Plexus creativity flow onto the canvas as we paint the Solar Plexus mandala, using stencils!

Our instructor, Joyce from Illuminated Soul, will guide you step by step, so no experience is necessary, all you need is an open mind. All materials - 8x8 wood stretched canvas, paints, brushes, and stencils provided, so you'll have everything you need. Whether you're a seasoned painter or a beginner, this event is perfect for everyone. (Best for teen to adult.)

Bring your friends, family, or even a date, and open and align your chakras with the Solar Plexus Chakra Meditate and Paint Nite! It's the third in the complete chakra series! You can do them all and have a special hand-painted set of decor for your home or office.

Located in a second-floor studio, above Dillon's Local, please get in touch with the instructor for handicap access before the workshop. Wear clothes you are comfortable painting in, you may get messy. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, towel, etc. for the meditation portion. You can also use a workshop chair. Water and light snacks will be provided.
