Join us for a blissful evening of sacral-centered meditation and creative expression at Mother Crewe Naturals in Kingston Collection, Kingston, MA, USA.

First, we will paint our base layer and then immerse ourselves in the soul energy of the sacral chakra as you are guided through a meditation to open and balance this vital energy center. We will open and align all of the chakras. Afterward, unleash your inner artist and let your sacral creativity flow onto the canvas as we paint the sacral mandala, using stencils!

Our instructor, Joyce from Illuminated Soul, will guide you step by step, so no experience is necessary, all you need is an open mind. All materials - 8x8 wood stretched canvas, paints, brushes, and stencils provided, so you'll have everything you need. Whether you're a seasoned painter or a beginner, this event is perfect for everyone. (Best for teen to adult.)

Bring your friends, family, or even a date, and open and align your chakras with the Sacral Chakra Meditate and Paint Nite! It's the third in the complete chakra series! You can do them all and have a special hand-painted set of decor for your home or office.

Wear clothes you are comfortable painting in, you may get messy. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket, towel, etc., for the meditation portion. You can also use a workshop chair. Water and pretzels will be provided.

Bring your open mind and a willingness to explore your artistic side. This in-person event promises to be a rejuvenating and inspiring experience.

Info: We will be in the workshop area with tables to work on painting our base sacral layer using a dry brush technique.

Info: We will move to the comfy, warm fireplace area in the workshop space to meditate. Feel free to bring Yoga Mats, blankets, pillows, water, etc for your comfort. You are also welcome to use a workshop chair. We will journal our thoughts immediately after the mediation (3-5 minutes). The base layer of paint will dry during this time.

Info: We will paint the Sacral Chakra Mandala onto the dried canvas using a stencil and a small brush. Feel free to BYOB and crack some bubbly at this time! 21+
