Meditate America Annual Benefit Gala

Join us to celebrate the success of the Giving Tuesday in support of the Meditate America initiative. the evening begins with a social time to see old and new friends, we have a group meditation planned at 6:00 PM, a lovely vegetarian dinner will be followed by world class entertainment. We will also hear from some of our scholarship recipients to learn how their TM practice has made a difference in their lives.

Meditate America is a national public health initiative that is working to bring the health-promoting benefits of the Transcendental Meditation® technique to everyone—with a special emphasis on frontline healthcare workers, police, firefighters, the military and veterans, as well as women and children who are victims of violence and families who live in under-resourced neighborhoods affected by poverty and gun violence.

The Meditate America Lifeline Scholarship Fund raises tax-deductible donations to bring Transcendental Meditation to people facing the most severe toxic stress, often on a daily basis. Join us to celebrate the lives saved and plan for programs in our community to protect workers from the effects of traumatic stress.
