Tune in and MEDITATE!
Meditation is like giving yourself a hand at lifting heavy mental baggage. Join us in guided meditation and check in with yourself. Become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and body by utilizing tools you can take with you off the mat.
Class is Pay What You Can: $10, $15, $20, $25, or $30.

One Down Dog is a community-driven yoga and fitness studio based in Los Angeles.
Our movement is feeling-focused in a world concerned with aesthetics. Our classes are all levels, with a variety of styles from ass-kicking-SWEAT to CHILL-the-eff-out. From your first visit, you’re part of this community and we encourage you to be your fullest self – however ODD that may be! We practice feeling good, one day and One Down Dog at a time.
