Medina Community Band is pleased to announce its upcoming Spring Concert, scheduled for Sunday, May 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Western Reserve Masonic Community. The band will be conducted by Dr. Darren LeBeau and Amy Muhl. The concert is free, open to the public, and offers ample parking. Music for the Mid-Winter Concert will include Schuman’s Chester Overture (from New England Triptych); Offenbach’s Galop (from Genevieve de Brabant); Loewe’s Selections from My Fair Lady; Ticheli’s Shenandoah; Fillmore’ march Rolling Thunder and, Sousa’s Hail to the Spirit of Liberty and Stars and Stripes Forever.
Michael Rieg, French horn soloist, will be featured in Kuo’s Wingspan and Matthew Hastings, tuba
soloist will be featured in Handel’s Harmonious Blacksmith.

Medina Community Band is dedicated to providing free concerts and programs to enrich and entertain audiences of all ages. Membership in the Medina Community Band is open to those who wish to participate, and there are no dues or auditions. However, members are expected to maintain regular attendance. The band rehearses on Wednesday evening from 7pm until 9pm in the band room of the Western Reserve Masonic Community (4931 Nettleton Road, Medina); providing three to four concerts during the fall, winter, and spring months both at home and on the road. The band also presents their popular summer series every Friday, June through July, in Medina's Uptown Park Gazebo.
