Learn how to wield a sword and a lance on horseback in a number of fun games, including quintain; a simulation of jousting!
Other games use a sword to knock down "heads" off of stands, or a lance to try and catch rings from a hanger while riding by. For anyone interested we will have a knightly guest, Marko Micovic, suited in full armour ready to do some live intro to simulated combat from horseback to ground. It's always a fun time!
Lori introduces horses and riders to the games in a controlled manner that ensures a good experience for all involved. So long as your horse can walk, stop, and steer, you'll be able to join in on the fun!
Little Orchard has a few horses available to riders (for an additional day lease fee), but bringing your own is encouraged!
Cost: $275 per person - lunch will be provided
Stalls available for folks who wish to haul in their own horse.
For those who wish to just come and watch and cheer on our knights to be it is a $10 audit fee.
