Step into a world of fantasy and adventure at the Mountain of Hope Scholarship Foundation's longest-running fundraising event. Immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of a bygone era, where knights, queens, kings, nobles, and pirates come to life. This unique historical re-creation event offers live demonstrations from skilled artisans, captivating music and dance performances, and thrilling battles between fully armored knights wielding real weapons. It's an experience you won't want to miss!From the thrill of shopping at our diverse merchant stalls to the delight of tasting our unique food and drink offerings, there's something for everyone at this 3-day immersive re-creation event. Enjoy a range of fun activities and entertainment.
Our DaVinci Day will teach the young ones (and adults) how things were made and done before computers. Our "treasure map" will have you hunting around the Shire for artisans who will share a bit about their skill set, introduce you to organizations that keep old traditions alive, and bring you face-to-face with our sovereign King! Be sure to purchase a special knighting ceremony, complete with a handmade medallion for your lads and lasses.
Our stages will be filled with singing, dancing, drumming, and more! Returning to the Shire, you can find the incredible talents of Ghazaal Beledi belly dancers, Sonoran Dream traditional European dance, Sonoran Fairy Guild & The Parliament of Fools! New attractions include and the Lake Pleasant Mermaids will join us for all the mermaid fans!
All proceeds raised go directly to the Mountain of Hope Foundation.
