Medicinal Herbal Intensive Workshop focusing on the respiratory system in areas affected by colds, eyes, ears, nose and throat. How these systems work, what they do, how we can strengthen and support them, how to deal with common issues with these areas and what can help and heal these areas. We will formulate specific steams and preparations to use to heal and strengthen these areas to prepare for Fall challenges.
This is a very intensive class that will include lecture and hands on activities. Lots of written materials and recipes will be included as well as all materials to do the activities.
Please bring note paper and writing instruments. You will want to take notes
Cost of the class is $60
This is a series of five classes so if you sign up for all five and pay in advance the series will be $10 off per class or $250 for the series.
