Initiating Lactation Class

Be prepared to welcome your newborn and learn the art and science behind feeding your baby your milk. We will discuss early feeding patterns, establishing a milk supply, how to know if feeding is going well, overcoming challenges and when to seek help.

Learning about how your body and baby work, practicing with latch and understanding the basics of newborn care will leave you feeling empowered and confident for the early postpartum period.

Your ticket includes a seat for you and your support person.

Masks are recommended and N95 masks will be avaiable at the door.
