Medicine Making & Sacred Reawakening: With Elements, Spirit, Human Energy Field & Ritual
People gathered with plants. With water. With fire. With energies. With the body. With the rhythms of nature and community.
Join Liliana Jaguarina for an experiential educational class exploring medicine making as both practical self-support and sacred reawakening.
This one-hour class invites participants to slow down and reconnect with the deeper meaning behind intentional wellness practices through simple ritual, elemental awareness, and hands-on herbal self-care creation.
Participants will create a salt scrub to take home while exploring themes including:
• Relationship with earth, water, fire, spirit, and the body
• Ritual as intentional nervous system support
• Sacred pause in an overstimulated world
• Reawakening sensory awareness and presence
• Simplifying wellness through meaningful practice instead of endless consumption
This class is grounded, reflective, and accessible for beginners. No prior herbal or ritual experience is necessary.
Participants are encouraged to approach this experience with curiosity, presence, and willingness to reconnect with slower, more intentional ways of caring for themselves.
Facilitated by Liliana “Jaguarina” Rondon, MS, holistic wellness practitioner, herbal wellness educator, sound healing facilitator, and art therapy-informed wellness educator. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED
