Cost: $150
This class is based on Sandra Ingerman's teachings on how we can use this forgotten technique to change ourselves and our environment. This class will provide you with creative visualizations, ceremonies, rituals, and chants derived from ancient healing practices that produce miraculous, scientifically proven results. Please bring a rattle and/or drum, blindfolds, journal, and don't forget your lunch both days.
