For centuries medicine drums have been used by people for deepening their spiritual connection, in ceremony, for healing, for shamanic journeying, in meditation, in sound healing, and simply for the amazing sound the create! In this intimate drum building workshop I will guide you step by step with the intention of weaving your prayers, energy and love into a healing instrument of your creation! Your drum will be made of steam bent mulberry or Ashe wood and ethically-sourced traditionally-prepared goat hide. Your also invited to bring along your own decorations to truly personalize your drum. I use the colors of the chakras to dye your hide and laces. Custom color dying is available!
