A 4 day movement immersion exploring the embodied movement and grounding technologies of Medicine Dance

Timings:
Thursday 7-10pm
Friday - Sunday 10-4pm
Supporting radical autonomy (deep within-self time), and profound communion through the continuously evolving relational dance of consensual physical connection (or not). And the space between.
Including music, sustainable stillness and silence, and lots of moving through any part of the body in any direction, into shapes and tempos appropriate and indigenous to each participants level of safety, comfort and physical capacity.
We will dance in a beautiful studio overlooking the forest, and commune together exploring the stunning landscapes outside. We'll bathe in the giant cedarwood hot tub, shed skins in the sauna & sit by the fire. Delicious soup and salad lunches will be provided, as well as the invitation to stay for evening meals after the dance so we can break bread together and connect.
