During this event, we will cover:

Plant Identification

• Harvesting techniques
• Medicinal actions (phytotherapy)
• The most effective way to use herbs
• Traditional uses and folklore
• Scientific research

To end the session we will enjoy a herbal tea with local foraged herbs.

Location: Sefton Park (we will meet next to the Eros statue, by the cafe)

Children under 16 come for free.

About the event host: Hayley is a lover of nature and a qualified Medical Herbalist BSc Hons who has a passion for plant medicine and connecting people and plants. Hayley runs a clinic/herbal apothecary both online and at The eco offices on Ullet Road called Hayley's Holistic Health where she supports clients one-to-one for health consultations and runs workshops on medicine-making, menstrual health, and stress reduction. Foraging/herb walks are run throughout the year.
