About the Instructor - Suzannah Stason DTCM, L.Ac., CMQ, CQT

She graduated from Stanford University in 2004 with a degree in Human Biology, specializing in the mind-body connection. She has been teaching mindfulness and Buddhist meditation since 2007, and Qigong theory, practice, and philosophy since 2010.

Her Qigong and Medical Qigong training spans over a decade, including extensive study with Brian La Forgia, L.Ac. in the Shen-Hammer pulse system, and with Suzanne B. Friedman, L.Ac., DMQ (China), and Roger Jahnke, DAOM. She is a certified Qigong instructor and practitioner with over 1,000 hours of teacher training, having completed three separate instructor certifications.

Guided by the belief that teaching is the most powerful form of learning, Suzannah evolved from a dedicated practitioner into a passionate and dynamic teacher. Her work is driven by a desire to make these transformative practices accessible to a broad and diverse audience around the world.
