The Medical Mission at Home provides real-time delivery of organized health and social services to those who would not have access to care with follow-up care and continuity as needed.
Ascension St. Vincent’s invites our community to join us for a special day dedicated to caring for neighbors and families across Jacksonville. Medical Mission at Home brings together healthcare services, wellness resources and community support - all in one place.
This event will include the following resources:
• Diabetic education
• Ear washing
• Haircuts
• HIV screening
• Medical exams (School or sports physicals will not be offered)
• Mental health care
• Physical/occupational therapy
• Pharmacy services
• Skin cancer screenings
• Foot washing
• Children's services
• Spiritual services
• Vision and hearing screenings
This initiative will offer essential support, including food, clothing, shoes and connections to important services and community resources.
