Medicaid's Future and Children's Behavioral Health

The New England Children’s Behavioral Health Network (NECBHN) invites you to join us for “Navigating Change, Strengthening Care: Medicaid’s Future and Children’s Behavioral Health.” This in-person convening will take place on May 7th from 8:30 am – 2:00 pm at Bradley Hospital in Rhode Island.

As states navigate an evolving Medicaid landscape, this event will bring together leaders from across New England to discuss how policy shifts may shape the future of children’s behavioral health systems. Participants will explore the potential impacts on access to care, service delivery, workforce capacity, and cross-system collaboration.

Through panel discussions and shared learning, the convening will provide an opportunity for policymakers, providers, researchers, advocates, and community leaders to exchange perspectives, identify emerging challenges, and highlight strategies that strengthen systems of care for children and families.

We look forward to bringing together regional partners to foster dialogue, share insights, and advance solutions that support resilient and responsive children’s behavioral health systems.
