About this Event
Laura Clark and Clive Day will be sharing theirs tips to help HR professional support their staff and undertake mediation to stop issues escalating to the point of legal action.

We will have two session’s which will overlap lunch.
Session one
- Arrival from 10:00

- Lunch and Networking 12:00 - 13:00

- Arrival from 12:00 to 13:00 for lunch and networking
- Session will be from 13:00 to 14:30
Laura Clark
As well as being an employment law expert of many years standing and a qualified solicitor, Laura has a special interest in employment matters in the agricultural, rural and manufacturing sectors. Laura also assists clients with larger HR driven projects across the region and country
Clive Day
Clive is a solicitor, author and CEDR-qualified mediator. He has been described as a ‘go-to person for complex technical issues’ by the Legal 500. He is an experienced Employment Tribunal advocate and sits on the Committee of the Industrial Law Society.
