What to Expect:

✅ Mindful Stretch & Breathwork –Guided Movement Preparation for the spirit, body and mind.
✅ 11-Minute Meditation Session – Reflect on What does meditation mean to you? Bring anything that helps you meditate—tea, a journal, or sketchpad. Meditation isn’t just stillness; it’s about presence.
✅Movement & Mindfulness Walk – A walk focused on affirmations and purposeful movement to enhance awareness. As you walk, concentrate on the things that support your personal growth. Reflect on yourself, your goals, and the steps you'll take today to move closer to them. If you're walking with a trusted friend, take the opportunity to engage in open conversation about what you are learning and the areas you are growing in. Pause to reflect on recent interactions, people, and situations, and hold yourself accountable for where you are in your life journey. Feel free to share insights without judgment or simply listen. (1-Mile Walk – 4 laps ~ 20 minutes)
